We cater both public and private events—including weddings, corporate functions, markets, festivals, birthdays, and more. To book, simply reach out through our contact form or email with the event details (date, time, location, estimated guest count), and we'll get back to you with availability and a quote within 3 business days. We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak seasons!

What’s included in your service, and what do you need from the venue?

Our coffee catering includes our mobile coffee cart, a professional barista, premium ingredients, and all the necessary supplies. We also offer whole milk, almond milk, and oat milk. For setup, we need 6” x 6” ft of space. and access to power (we can also discuss self-powered options if needed). For outdoor events we will need notice ahead of time to properly accomodate for the weather. We’ll coordinate everything with you or your venue ahead of time to make sure it’s seamless.

We’re based in Las Vegas, Nevada and serve surrounding areas. We're happy to travel for events, and any applicable travel fees will be clearly outlined in your quote. If you’re unsure whether your location is within our service area, just ask!

Where do you operate, and are there any travel fees?

Yes! For private and corporate events, we offer the option to personalize your drink menu—whether you want to name drinks after your guests, match a theme, or highlight certain flavors. We also offer branding add-ons for corporate clients, including custom cups, signage, and even branded cart wraps for a fully customized experience.

Can I customize the drink menu or branding for my event?

For booked catering events (such as weddings, corporate events, or private parties), drinks are prepaid by the event host — guests do not pay individually.

For public events like festivals, flea markets, or farmers markets, guests typically purchase their own drinks. Whether or not individual sales are available is determined at our discretion based on the type of event and setup.

Pricing varies depending on the event size, location, duration, and customization options. We offer packages for different needs and are happy to provide a custom quote. Just give us a bit of information about your event, and we’ll take care of the rest.
